However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Our refund and replacement policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product received is incorrect (e.g., wrong item or variant).
- The product is missing essential components or accessories.
- The product received is expired or close to the expiration date (less than 3 months).
Conditions for Refund/Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the product. You will need to provide:
- Order number and date of purchase.
- Images of the product, invoice, inner and outer packaging, and batch number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
We may require 48-72 hours to investigate and process your request.
Return of Products
- If your refund or replacement request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location.
- Ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original accessories and tags.
- If our reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you may need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier service. We will reimburse the courier charges as a refund or store credit.
Non-Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
- The product is returned without its original packaging or with tampered batch numbers.
- The refund or replacement request is made after 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The product falls under non-returnable categories such as personal care and hygiene products.
Processing of Refunds
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfers only. No cash refunds will be provided.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- You will receive the replacement in 7-10 business days
- In case of NEFT refunds, it may take 3-5 business days credited.
Important Notes
- Do not use the product if you intend to return it.
- Ensure you take proper snapshots of the damaged or incorrect product and retain the invoice for a successful return process.
- For partial or damaged deliveries, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Fair Usage Policy
We are committed to accommodating legitimate refund and replacement requests. However, Can Skin Science reserves the right to refuse service to accounts that abuse our return policies, including excessive returns, refusal to accept shipments, or unwarranted refund claims.
Impairment & Damages
We take great care in ensuring that your products reach you in perfect condition. If you receive an order with missing, defective, or damaged items, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Do not use the product, and keep the original packaging and invoice handy.
Change of Packaging
Our packaging may change periodically to improve the user experience and comply with industry regulations. These changes do not affect the authenticity or efficacy of our products. We are also committed to reducing our carbon footprint and may reduce outer packaging materials for environmental conservation.
Suspension of Promotions
Can Skin Science reserves the right to cancel or suspend any ongoing or future promotions, offers, sales, gifts, and giveaways without prior notice or liabilities.
